This page explains your choice to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and how to use your other privacy rights with BidHandyman.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We don't use advertising cookies or ad pixels, and we don't give your information to data brokers or advertisers. So there is nothing you need to turn off.
When you post a job or ask for quotes, you are asking us to share your request with matched local pros so they can answer you. That sharing is the service you asked for, and pros may use your details only for that job. Our Privacy Policy explains who can see what.
If you would still like to record an opt-out, send the request below. We will keep it with your email address, and it will apply if our practices ever change.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells websites you don't want your information sold or shared. We treat it as an opt-out request, automatically.
Your browser is not sending the GPC signal right now. You can turn it on in browsers and extensions that support it.
Use this form to opt out, or to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it or your account. We will confirm it's you before we act on it, usually by writing to the email address you give, and answer within 45 days.
An authorized agent can send a request for you, with your signed permission. We may still need to confirm your identity with you directly.
If we can't do what you asked, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our answer, or through our contact page with "Privacy appeal" as the subject. We will answer the appeal in writing.
Using any of these choices won't change the price you pay, the service you get or how pros see your requests.
